This is Data from the Air Conditioning System for a friend’s house.

The Evap In is the air going into the return air for the Air Condition System.
The Evap out is the air coming out of the vents that cool the rooms in the house.
The Cond In is the outside ambient air that is sucked into the AC unit outside.
The Cond Out is the hot air that is coming from the AC unit outside.

The thermostat is turned on and off by the temperature where the Thermostat is mounted.
The Thermostat turns the AC system on and off.   Cooling Occurs when the AC system is on and Warming Occurs when the AC system is off.  My house warms when the sun shines and when it is hot outside. We do live in Houston, Texas.  The AC runs when needed and as long as needed.

That AC data above looks JUST LIKE EARTH TEMPERATURE DATA below.

Earth is always warming or cooling.  The Upper and Lower Bounds have not changed in Ten Thousand Years.

The Thermostat is the temperature that Polar Oceans Freeze and Thaw.
Now, for the past ten thousand years, warm water has been flowing through the Arctic and around the Antarctic.
A little warming can melt Polar Sea Ice and a little cooling can let the surface freeze again.

When Temperature is high, Polar Oceans Thaw and produce Clouds and Snowfall that continues as long as necessary to promote cooling that lets the oceans freeze and turn off the Clouds and Snowfall and allow warming to occur.  This is the ~ 800 to 1000 year cycle that we see in Climate Temperature.

When we came out of the last Major Ice Age, Melt-water from the major ice sheets entered the oceans and disrupted the warming cycle.  This extra water helped get warm water into the Arctic, earlier in the warming cycle and turned on the snowfall before as much of Greenland melted.  This put upper bounds on Temperature and sea level that was lower than during earlier major warming periods.
